JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are searching for an experienced senior architect to oversee the company's new construction projects. As the senior architect, you will mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs. You should have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of CAD software, and the ability to handle client.

To be successful as a senior architect, you should display great interpersonal skills and be able to relay important information. An outstanding Senior Architect should also be open to criticism and learning opportunities.

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor Degree in Architect (b. arch)

• Qualification in (B. arch or M. arch)

EXPERIENCE :

Minimum 3 - 4 years in the field of master plan, building, conceptual design of various structure.

REQUIREMENT :

Basic - A working knowledge of standard methods, materials, tools and equipment.

Software - AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, 2D and 3D, and related software.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.

• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.

• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.

• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.

• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.

JUNIOR ARCHITECT

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Junior Architect/Designers typically work at architectural or engineering firms, using their talents to support various architectural projects. They work on many things, including helping prepare architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, and helping develop and finalize building plans.

The nature of their work is typically entirely collaborative, working as part of a team under the supervision of a Senior Architect or Lead Designer.

As an architect, you'll design new buildings or extensions or alterations to existing structures, and advise on the restoration and conservation of old properties. You may work on individual buildings or on large redevelopment schemes, and your responsibility can extend to the design of the surrounding landscape and spaces.

Working closely with clients and users, you'll make sure that projected designs match requirements and are functional, safe and economical. You'll usually control a project from start to finish and work with a number of construction professionals, including surveyors and engineers.
